To Whom It May Concern:
This is a sample of a potential "letterhead" style web page with frames. The top frame is called "Header.html and contains only one element, a picture, referenced from my home page. The middle frame contains this page, "Firstpage.html". It consists of this text within a table of one row and one cell, so that it is indented from the sides as a letter woiuld be. The bottom is "Footer.html" which contains a table that approximates the placement of similar information that is on my real letterhead. The "frames" have a border equal to 0, thus causing them to not appear at all. This gives the overall impression of a complete page, without breaks or divisions.
